Avoiding hip problems

There are a few people who already know this, but i suppose this is the most effective way to inform my friends of what all is taking place in my life. So here it goes.

Over the past few months, I have been wrestling to God, we all know wrestling with God is not good, Jacob wrestled with God in the old testament, and God broke his hip or something like that. So i decided that before I wound up needing some orthodic work done that I would submit to what God and I have been wrestling.

As i’m sure just about everyone that I’m friends with on here is aware, I came to college to get a degree to make money and have a good job and do what I love doing. Well, things have changed. I’m hoping to complete my degree in May of 2009, specifically graduating on May 1, 2009 and then pursue what I believe to be God’s direction for my life: full time missions. This has been a burden that I have been fighting for quite a while, deciding its more important that I get a job with a tv/production company, and yes I’ve had some very good job offers, but I feel like God wants me to be in missions right now, and as such I will completely pursue missions.

So where have I applied/ sent in Resumes to?
I have been in contact with the Children of the World Choir regarding touring with them, which would be a tremendous opportunity for me. I have also been in contact with Campus Crusade for Christ for a few different positions, and recently, after again, much arguing I submitted my resume to camp gilead of Florida, where I have worked for several years, and where I could only DREAM of working the rest of my life.

All this to say, I don’t know what will happen, there are certain options from the above list I would like more than others, but it’s in God’s hands now.
